15 participants who work in a collaborative work environment were interviewed. The findings show that WhatsApp users have to use 3+ platforms to accomplish their day-to-day tasks. This revealed a big opportunity to design a one-stop-shop platform with all the main features.
The brand name, Whatsapp Space, was inspired by the idea of creating a collaborative space that can embrace key values of Whatsapp: Working Space, Networking Space, and Creative Space. The idea is to bring life and carry the brand name to foster collaboration, even beyond the digital space.
In order to create the brand identity, we've discovered a small detail within the current Whatsapp Speech bubble. The 'Swoop' Element was implemented together with the 'a' to create a seamless speech bubble.
